Omelet Bar

On Thursday morning, our Community Kitchen class hosted an omelet bar in our Breakaway Café. The event was open to our early morning volunteers and SMFB employees. There were two goals…..one was to give the Community Kitchen students some hands on experience in breakfast preparation and the second was to say thanks to our employees for their hard work and dedication. I am pleased to say we achieved both goals. The students did an excellent job and the omelets were much appreciated by all.
